TDE And Warner Records Present: National Awful Day

Warner Records helps spotlight #NationalAwfulDay, launching April 6, 2026, a first-of-its-kind cultural moment encouraging people across the country to openly acknowledge life’s challenges without judgement.

The observance was created by Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE), “Everybody wanna see you crash out, fall off, & burn out all for their entertainment, I just wanna see you smile.”

At a time when people’s lowest moments are constantly put on display, and too often consumed as entertainment, #NationalAwfulDay pushes back, creating space to acknowledge what’s real without performance, pressure, or spectacle.

TDE and Warner Records invite millions to share their real, unpolished experiences using #NationalAwfulDay, transforming individual struggles into a shared conversation around resilience, mental health, and human connection.

With participation expected across artists, brands, social media, workplaces, and media platforms, #NationalAwfulDay is designed to spark both personal reflection and large-scale cultural dialogue.
