Marsha St. Hubert Named Co-President of 10K Projects / EVP, Atlantic Music Group.
Long-standing Atlantic Records executive Marsha St. Hubert has been named Co-President of 10K Projects – alongside Co-President Nicholas Ziangas – as well as being promoted to Executive Vice President at Atlantic Music Group (AMG). She was most recently EVP, Head of Marketing, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Global Music at Atlantic Records.
In her new post, St. Hubert will bring her deep industry knowledge and marketing expertise to a genre-crossing range of artist projects and campaigns. Based in New York, St. Hubert will now report to AMG CEO Elliot Grainge. At the same time, it was announced that current 10K Projects Co-President Molly McLachlan has been elevated to a new post as EVP at AMG. She will remain based in Los Angeles and also now report directly into Grainge.
Elliot Grainge said: “With two decades of hands-on experience, Marsha is one of the most knowledgeable, savvy, and engaging people in our industry. She’s a passionate, magnetic music fan who knows the marketplace inside out, and has been the driving force behind the creation and execution of a stream of innovative strategies for new artists and superstars alike. Alongside another dynamo in Nico, I’m confident that together they’ll continue to propel both 10K and AMG’s success.”
St. Hubert noted: “Atlantic has been my label home for the better part of twenty years, and it’s always been a place where the artist reigns supreme. The independent spirit of 10K is very much in sync with the independent roots of Atlantic, and I want to thank Elliot for giving me the opportunity to expand my horizons as the company writes a new chapter in its amazing history.”
St. Hubert began her music industry career in 2002 as an intern at Island Def Jam. In 2004, she joined Atlantic, advancing through the ranks from assistant to A&R Operations Manager to Product Manager, working with Wiz Khalifa, DJ Drama, Lupe Fiasco, and others. In 2012, she left the company for a brief stint at Epic Records, returning to Atlantic two years later. Over the past decade, she has worked closely with such notable artists as Cardi B, Gucci Mane, Ravyn Lenae, Kodak Black, PNB Rock, and Don Toliver.
On McLachlan, Grainge added: “Molly has been a foundational and integral leader at 10K, playing an important role in its launch and long term growth. As we evolve our senior management team at AMG, we remain agile, ambitious, and collaborative about our vision for the future. Adding Molly to the AMG center helps us achieve this. She’s sharp, culturally attuned, and trusted for her sound judgment – whether navigating big-picture strategy or stepping into the details.”
Molly McLachlan became employee Number 2 at 10K Projects in 2018, starting as Director of Operations. She has been instrumental in every success at the label, which has now racked-up more than 30 Gold and Platinum certified releases. 10K has had massive success with breakout artists like Ice Spice, who has amassed more than two billion streams globally to date. The label also saw success recently with Artemas, whose “i like the way you kiss me” peaked at No. 1 on the Spotify Global Chart and cracked over two billion streams while hitting No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. The streak continued with Forrest Frank who clinched the title of best-selling Christian Album of 2024 and a Grammy nomination for his critically praised Child Of God.
McLachlan and the 10K team continued the momentum with artists like Rich Amiri, who has nearly one billion streams driven in large part by his single “ONE CALL,” which went to No. 22 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart, and KSI’s track with seminal 10K artist Trippie Redd, which quickly broke into the Billboard Hot 100. Most recently, 10K’s buzzyworthy Sailorr is coming in hot with more than 90 million streams in less than six months with “POOKIE’S REQUIEM.” Sailorr was Billboard’s R&B Rookie of the Month in February. In September of last year, Molly was named Co-President of 10K.
