“This album has been almost 3 years in the making,” says Classified, “I never planned on starting a new album, but during the pandemic I found myself having a lot of new things to write about…so I put a song together. A couple months passed and I wrote another song, and another… and slowly, over the last few years, I ended up with 11 songs and a finished project. This project is really just my views on what’s going on with the world, in my life, and my point of view just watching everything unfold in front of me. Some people will agree with what I’m saying, some will really relate, and maybe some won’t. And that’s fine. That’s why I wanted to call this project ‘Luke’s View’, because it’s just that. My take on the information in my life that I have. Personal songs, political songs, good old fashioned Boom Bap songs, lyrical flow/chill songs, flexing the skills type of songs – a lot of different styles to reflect the different views. Really enjoyed putting this together and excited to get ‘Luke’s View’ out into the world. “
