Alissia Shares “Hypnotic Night” featuring Nile Rodgers and EARTHGANG.

Producer, musician and artist Alissia, who made history as the ninth woman ever nominated for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical at the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards, releases her debut single “Hypnotic Night” on all platforms. Initially released as an Amazon Original earlier this year, the single features the legendary Nile Rodgers and rap duo EARTHGANG.

“Hypnotic Night” is an infectious blend of funk, disco, and hip-hop driven by Alissia’s signature bass arrangement. The song is a bold statement of intent for Alissia’s work as her debut solo single, after years of sharping the sound of some of music’s biggest names from behind the scenes. The track marks a fully fledged artist stepping into the spotlight, utilizing her background and skillset of musicianship and crafting intricate arrangements to make a joyous, rhythm-forward anthem built for the dance floor. Performing nearly every instrument herself, scoring and recording all of the string arrangements live, “Hypnotic Night” is the product of a true musical architect in Alissia, bridging the gap between classic funk sensibilities and modern rap with artists of different generations and worlds through her skillset as a producer and collaborator, and her vision as an artist.

“Working with Alissia has been really fun,” Nile Rodgers says of making the track. “I could see her musical thoughts. When you can learn a person’s tastes through watching them do their thing and they don’t have to really explain anything to you… you can just go ‘oh yeah, I get it.’ I think it’s a hit.”

Alissia is a tastemaker in every sense of the word. Her distinctive sound has earned her an impressive list of credits and industry acclaim. She has collaborated with a wide range of artists across genres, including Anderson .Paak, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Calvin Harris, Lenny Kravitz, Nile Rogers, EarthGang, Bootsy Collins, Cee-Lo Green, Coco Jones, Kaytranada, Chloe Bailey, Musiq Soulchild, BJ The Chicago Kid, Rayvn Lenae and others. Alissia co-produced two songs for Mariah Carey’s new album Here For It All, which peaked at #1 across 4 different Billboard charts.

Her innovative contributions to funk and soul music quickly caught the attention of genre legends like Quincy Jones, Prince, and Bootsy Collins — the latter inviting her to write and produce his latest album, which marked her debut as an executive producer early in her career. Learning firsthand from such icons, Alissia has emerged as a go-to creative force in funk, R&B, and pop, known for crafting unique sonic identities tailored to each artist.

After going viral and amassing millions of views on social media, Alissia is stepping into the spotlight with her own art, drawing fans from around the globe. Her musicianship, refined taste, and commitment to authenticity have established her as a singular talent; and one of the most prolific producers of her generation.
