Justine Skye shares her new single “Whip It Up” produced by SADPONY (Drake, Kelela, Charli XCX, etc). The song serves as a reunion for her and SADPONY after Justine contributed vocals to “running out of time” and “THE zone~” from Lil Yachty’s album Let’s Start Here, both of which feature production from SADPONY. The song also marks the first taste of Justine’s forthcoming EP which will be further detailed soon and finds her exploring a more dance-focused sound.

“Whip It Up” is Skye’s first new music since the runaway success of her single “Collide,” which spent weeks as the most popular song on TikTok at the beginning of 2023. The single’s success prompted her to debut a new solo version of the song with a never-before-heard second verse from her on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. That performance marked Skye’s second late night TV performance after debuting her 2022 single “What A Lie” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
