Snoop Dogg carried the Olympic torch through the suburbs of Paris ahead of the opening ceremony on Friday (July 26).
Snoop served as one of the final torchbearers of the Olympic flame, carrying the torch through the streets of Saint-Denis and past the Stade de France Olympic stadium.
The Doggfather posted on Instagram showing him holding the torch outside the sports stadium. He captioned the post, “Did somethin today (fire emoji) #FollowTheDogg (sic).”, footage showed him waving at fans as he walked along his route dressed in white sportswear and gold shoes.

Snoop, 52, participated in the torch relay to represent his home city of Los Angeles, which will host the 2028 Olympic Games.
While in Paris, he will serve as a special Olympics correspondent for the U.S. network NBC.
The 2024 Paris Games will officially kick off tonight (July 26), with over 10,000 athletes set to gather on boats on the River Seine for the opening ceremony.
