Westcoast rapper Bad Azz, whose real name is Jamarr Antonio Stamps, reportedly has died in prison. He was just 43 years of age.
According to media reports, He appeared to have passed away Monday while being held in custody at a detention center in Riverside, CA on a domestic violence charge, but the cause of death is yet to be revealed.
Tributes have poured in on social media, including one from Snoop Dogg, who said he was “gone too soon”.
Stamps was part of Snoop’s LBC crew and was also featured on tracks by Tupac Shakur, Ice Cube, Busta Rhymes, Warren G among others.
