ADA, the distribution and label services division of Warner Music Group, today announced the signing of FAYAN (Yannick Steffen), one of the most exciting and versatile voices in the modern German music landscape. The partnership arrives as FAYAN transitions from a prolific behind-the-scenes songwriter to a solo artist.
FAYAN has already established himself as a powerhouse in the industry, contributing to over 180 tracks and amassing approximately one billion streams for artists such as Ayliva, MERO, Shirin David, and Luciano. As a solo artist, he is reaching new heights, with his hit single “VERLIEBT IN MICH” (In Love With Me) recently reaching No. 1 on the Spotify Viral Charts and the German-language radio charts, while breaking into the Top 20 of the German Singles Chart.
The signing comes at a pivotal moment in FAYAN’s career. He was recently honoured with the “Breakthrough Award” from GfK and a nomination for the prestigious 1LIVE Krone as “Best Newcomer Act.” Currently, he is a nominee for the 2026 German Pop Culture Prize for “Most Promising Newcomer.”

To celebrate the new partnership, FAYAN is set to release his third single of the year, “VERSPRICH MIR,” produced by long-time collaborator Dalton (Reezy, Montez). The track is an intimate, melodic anthem that showcases FAYAN’s signature deep vocals and emotional storytelling. The production features a live horn section recorded by Amsterdam’s Miracle Horns, under the direction of Gregor Sperzel, further elevating his genre-blending sound.
Growing up on the edge of the Black Forest, FAYAN’s journey from small-town soccer practices to becoming a TikTok “Hot Artist of the Week” serves as the backdrop for his music. His lyrics navigate themes of mental clarity, self-determination, and the glow-up from shadow to light.
