Drake has officially made history by having the most cumulative weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. His recent collaborative album with PartyNextDoor, $ome $exy 4 U, tops the previous record held by The Beatles, marking his 14th No. 1 album. As per Billboard, Drake’s albums have spent over 3,000 weeks on the charts, and the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has recognized the rapper as the first artist in history to surpass 500 million RIAA-certified units across albums, singles and features.
Drake was recently named the highest-selling rapper of 2024 by the IFPI. He also ranked as the second best-selling artist globally behind Taylor Swift, marking his 10th year in the top 10 of the IFPI’s global artist ranking list.
