BMG’s Kris Muñoz To Be Honored With CCC Apollo Award.

The California Copyright Conference (CCC), have announced its 2024 honorees recognizing BMG’s Kris Muñoz, SVP, Legal and Business Affairs & Repertoire, as its award-winner for the Apollo Award; representing her various achievements and accolades both in the music industry and at BMG, utilizing her talent and passion for copyrights and negotiating deals that prioritize the needs of the artists.

Muñoz’s story with BMG began in 2011, after seven years of working with Bug Music and post-law experience working in the entertainment industry. She has been an asset to the company ever since, stepping into her role as the SVP of Business & Legal Affairs while also working in a hybrid A&R role. In addition to her expertise, she was one of the founding members of BMG’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council (DE&I Council) and is a founding member and co-chair of BMG’s Women Initiative.

The CCC Apollo Awards will take place on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at the Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood, CA.
