Snoop & Daz Mourn The Death Of Cousin Joe Cool, Creator Of The ‘Doggystyle’ Album Cover.
Snoop Dogg took to Instagram yesterday (July 22) to share the news of his cousin Darryle “Joe Cool” Daniel’s passing. Daniel was the cover artist for the ‘Doggystyle’ album cover, which was created in 1993. He was also responsible for the ‘Gin and Juice’ single artwork, as well as the back of ‘The Doggfather’ CD and the cover art for ‘The Last Meal.’

Snoop posted a video of him and Joe Cool, who reminisced about losing money to Snoop over betting on a Raiders game, and Snoop rapped along to his 2017 track “Promise You This.” He captioned, “R. I. P. my big cuzn joe cool.”
Daz Dillinger also posted his condolences on IG
