Grammy Music Producer Detail accused of rape, physical abuse

Grammy-winning music producer “Detail” who has worked with A-list stars like Beyoncé, JAY-Z and Drake, was accused by two up-and-coming singers of manipulating his star power to sexually and physically abuse them.

Noel (Detail) Fisher, whose biggest hit came in 2013 with “Drunk in Love,” was accused by Kristina Buch and Peyton Ackley of rape, violent outbursts and of forcing them to be his “sex slaves,” according to TMZ.

Buch says Detail raped her in February during a Miami recording session in front of a group of other people — including Ackley, whom he allegedly had film the nonconsensual encounter, the Blast reports. She also accuses the producer of forcing her to have “vaginal/anal sex with him after recording songs on multiple occasions.”

Detail also allegedly attacked her last week at the Malibu Beach Inn, grabbing her hair, biting her lip and hitting and choking her.

Ackley, meanwhile, reportedly claims Detail made her and Buch his “sex slaves” after taking them under his wing with the promise of helping them achieve success in the industry.

She says the hitmaker raped her with another producer looking on after walking in on her taking a bath. Detail also allegedly forced her head into a wall and dragged her up a flight of stairs in March, according to TMZ.

In the documents, both women accuse the producer of at times exposing his penis and forcing them to “kiss it,” as well as being a menacing, manipulative presence who controlled what they ate, when they slept and who they spoke to.

Ackley, Buch and Buch’s sister were all reportedly granted restraining orders against Detail Tuesday.

Shortly after reports of the lawsuit surfaced, “Me, Myself & I” singer Bebe Rexha chimed in on Twitter, claiming Detail had tried to sexually assault her, too.

“Glad these women came out. It’s scary. He tried to with me, but I literally ran out of that studio. Karma is a b–ch,” she wrote. “It’s scary for females to come out and say something. Those women are strong. He tried to do the same thing to me when I was a new artist.”

This is not the first time the Detroit native has found himself embroiled in legal drama.

In 2011, he was sued by a woman who claimed he raped her at his California home after she was hired to assist with a pre-Grammy party.

The woman also accused Detail of holding her against her will.

Detail also sued his “Nothing Was the Same” collaborator Drake in 2016, accusing the “Nice for What” rapper of ambushing him by inviting him to a party and having his bodyguard attack him after rejecting Drake’s request that they work together exclusively.

The case was dismissed last month.

Detail is best known for hits like “Sexy Can I” by Ray J, “How to Love” by Lil Wayne and the recent Maroon 5 ft. Future hit “Cold.” He’s also worked with artists like Ty Dolla $ign, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, Big Sean and Rihanna. Source: NY daily
